- ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Walden capped her high school career in style by winning the shot put title at the IHSAA State Finals. The Ball-State bound thrower had a winning mark of 47 feet, 8.5 inches, which dusted the competition. She had a winning margin of nearly 3 feet. Walden won a second medal by taking sixth place in the discus with a heave of 138-9. She closes her Panther career as a four-time medalist at state.
