Tommy Jenkins led the record-breaking contingent. He turned in a time of 10.9 seconds in the 100 dash to set meet and school records. The Panthers' other meet records came from Sean Holsapple (110 high hurdles), Blayne Burkholder pole vault), and Brandon Youngdale (high jump).
Holsapple and Jenkins finished as multiple winners to lead the Panthers' attack. Holsapple also won the 300 intermediate hurldes and ran legs on the victorious 400 & 1,600 relay teams while Jenkins also won the 200 dash and ran the anchor leg on teh 400 relay.
Neer praised his sprinters for their strong showings, and he pointed to 1-2 showings by 110 high hurdles with Holsapple and Kyle Irwin and in the pole vault with Burkholder and Kyle Gann as keys to the team title.
