The Panthers won 11 of 12 individual events and claimed a relay victory in the meet between the cross-country rivals.
The Panther boys dedicated the meet to assistant coach Duane Bishir, whose son Bill died Monday.
Jonathon Brittain, Sean Holsapple, Tommy Jenkins and Kyle Walsh each came away with a pair of individual victories. Holsapple led a sweep of the 300 intermediate hurdles and Blayne Burkholder was the winner in a 1-2-3 Western finish in the pole vault.
"I liked how we were able to score in the pole vault and we thought the 300 hurdles would be a key race for us," Neer said. "Jim Jackson ran a 10"37 [in the 3,200 run] running nearly by himself and that's good as he continues to get into better shape."
Ryan Kenworthy claimed the 400 dash Eastern while Jared Hill led the Comets to a sweep in the long jump. Eastern also won the 400 and 3,200 relays.
