The Panthers posted first-place finishes in all 16 events to claim the lopsided win. Tommy Jenkins, Michael Piekarski, Jon Brittain, Jimmy Jackson, Kyle Walsh, Perry Ramseyer and Tim Torkelson each finished as multiple winners.
"During our last two meets, our usual upperclassmen scorers have come through for us," WHS coach Dana Neer said, noting Brittain had strong showings in the shot put (50 feet, 2 inches) and discus (123-10) Thursday.
"It's also great to have six sophomores scoring with very solid performances," Neer added. "Those six were: Kyle Irwin and Sean Holsapple in the hurldes; LeeDavid Restoin the 800; Brad Speck in the 400; Blair Stellhorn in pole vault; and Brandon Youngdale in the high jump. [Youngdale] jumped 6-3, which puts him closer to his goal of the school record of 6-4 1/4."
