Double winners Tommy Jenkins and Jimmy Jackson and Kyle Walsh led the Panthers to their third consecutive win.
Jenkins won the 100 and 200 dashes, Jackson topped the 1,600 run and Walsh won the 3,200 run. Jackson and Walsh ran legs on the winning 3,200 relay team.
"It was a good, competitive meet," Western coach Dana Neer said. "Both teams were a tad sluggish, and neither team performed at their top level. It is good for Western to start off 3-0 on the young season."
